Step One:

Type the quantity of product(s) you wish to purchase (up to 4 of any single item) in the quantity box. Learn more about our Maximum Purchase Policy.

Step Two:

Click the "Purchase" button to place the selected product(s) in your shopping bag. If there are multiple products on the same page that you wish to place into your shopping bag, you may enter the desired quantities for each product and then click "Purchase" once to place them all in your bag. At any time during shopping you may review the items in your shopping bag by clicking on "Shopping Bag" at the top of each page. You may change your mind, delete item(s) in your shopping bag or cancel the entire order at any time.

Step Three:

When you've completed shopping, click the "Continue Checkout" button found on at the top of the page.

Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed through the checkout process. Please note that you may change the contents of your shopping bag during checkout. After your order has been submitted, a "Thank You" page will be displayed and your order number will be provided, confirming that your order was successfully received. An email confirming receipt of your order will arrive shortly after your order has been submitted. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please contact our Customer Care on 1800 661 392 for assistance. For faster service, please have your order number available.

SHOPPING BAG

Click on "Shopping Bag" at the top of each page to display the list of items selected for purchase. You may remove items or change the quantities ordered in this area.

DELETING ITEMS FROM YOUR SHOPPING BAG

If you wish to delete an item in your Shopping Bag, simply go to "Shopping Bag" and select the "Remove" button next to the quantity box. The item will be removed from your shopping bag.

If an item selected is temporarily out of stock on www.cremedelamer.com.au we would advise consumers to visit one of our La Mer counters. Please see Store Locator to find your nearest store.

Unfortunately you cannot add out of stock items to your Shopping Bag.

Steps for Redeeming an Offer Code:

  1. Enter the offer code in the "Offer Code" section of the "Delivery/Billing" page.
  2. Type in any additional required information.
  3. Click "Continue Checkout" and the offer will be applied to your order.

When an offer code is accepted, it will be displayed in the "Order Review" page. If an offer code is not accepted, you will receive an error message on the Delivery/Billing page.

Important Note: One (1) offer code may be used per order.
