Our business is growing, and to ensure that we continue to deliver the best customer service, we’re moving to a new Distribution Centre. There will be a short period where you can place an order with us, however there will be a shipping delay whilst we transition to our new facility.
What does this mean for you? This means that any orders placed between 20th March and 27th March will be dispatched on 28th March.
Can La Mer customers still shop online? We’d love you to still shop with us and we promise your patience will be rewarded with a small gift as our way of saying thank you for your continued loyalty.
Need your order ASAP? We understand that some orders will be urgent. If so, we recommend that you shop at one of our authorised retailers, including David Jones and MECCA.
Need to send a Return? Please use our Returns Portal, however only Refunds can be made and no Exchanges at this time until 3rd April.
