Afterpay is a buy now, pay later platform that lets you pay for your items in 4 instalments over 6 weeks, interest free.

When you use Afterpay, you pay for your items in 4 instalments over 6 weeks, without incurring any interest. To use Afterpay, add items to your shopping cart then select Afterpay from the available payment options. You pay for the first instalment of 25% at the time of purchase, and the remaining three instalments will be automatically deducted from your nominated debit or credit card over the following six weeks.

To make a purchase using Afterpay, you must be at least 18 years of age, have a debit or credit card and have an Australian or New Zealand residential address.

Afterpay can be used online and in stores, depending on the retailer or service. To shop in-store, you’ll need to download the Afterpay app and set up the Afterpay Card. You can add it to your digital wallet via the ‘In-store tab’ in the app. Then when you’re shopping in-store, just tap to pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay. To shop online, select Afterpay as your payment method at the checkout. You’ll be redirected to Afterpay to login or create your account.

Transaction value limits apply to AfterPay purchases made at https://www.cremedelamer.com.au; $600 for first-time AfterPay users, and $1000 for returning AfterPay customers. The funds for the first payment must be available on your nominated card at the time of checkout. For first-time AfterPay online customers, or customers yet to complete a full payment cycle using AfterPay, the first payment will be taken at the time of transaction with the remaining three payments deducted each fortnight over the remaining 6 (six) weeks. For all future payments after the first completed purchase, the initial payment will be debited 14 days after the transactions, where the total transaction value is less than $500. If the purchase value is equal to or exceeds $400, the first instalment must be paid at the time of the transaction occurring. If you wish to return your goods, please complete the online returns process as per the normal returns policy. If eligible for a refund, your initial payment will be returned in full and the remaining payment cancelled at no charge. When you link your AfterPay account to a debit or credit card, please be aware that the standard fees and charged may be applicable. Please refer to your card issuer’s terms and conditions for full details. If a payment is due from you but not received by AfterPay in accordance with the payment schedule, a $10 late fee is charged when a payment is missed. If the outstanding amount remains unpaid after seven days, an additional $7 late fee applies. This is the same for all late payments until the 25% cap or $68 amount is reached.
